Teves 5773 - December 2012
Dear Talmid,
So much has been said about the petira of the Rosh Hayeshiva Rav Mendel Weinbach zt"l and, yet there is so much more to be said. For the moment let us just mark the date as marking an historic, watershed moment in Ohr Somayach's history and the history of Klal Yisrael.
Surely it is an appropriate time to dedicate some learning, thought for personal growth and improvement le'ilui neshmas HaRav Weinbach zt"l.

Share your thoughts and memories
As we struggle through the shloshim for our beloved Rosh HaYeshiva, HaRav Mendel Weinbach zt"l, so many thoughts and memories revolve in our heads about our own personal interactions with Rav Weinbach.
We thought it a tribute if everyone would get together and share these memories with each other as a means of chizuk and hisorrerus.
We have therefore created a page on our website where you have the opportunity to write your thoughts and memories of our great Rosh Hayeshiva and allow us all to share and console together our great loss.
